JOB EXPLORATION TRAINING 2023!

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
Erica Allen Supported Employment Services “EASE” will be conducting its eighth annual summer training of the Job Exploration Training (JET) Program! EASE works with high school students from the area, teaching them employability skills and introducing them to real, competitive work experiences throughout the community!
EASE is IN NEED OF EMPLOYERS who are looking for students to “intern” with them free of charge! Students are available from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM daily, Monday-Friday from June 6th- July 8th. A job coach will be supervising the students while they work, and students are fully insured through the state of Alabama. Students will be implementing the CDC recommendations by wearing masks, social distancing, and sanitizing work areas. These work-place experiences are of great value to these students and their future! They are inspired and encouraged about working after gaining experience from employers like you!
