Dale W. Strong, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Alabama's 5th district since 2023, recently shared several updates via social media regarding his legislative priorities and engagements. Born in Monrovia, Alabama, and currently residing in Huntsville, Strong has a background in state politics and holds a degree from Athens State University.

On December 9, 2024, Dale W. Strong emphasized the focus of the Fiscal Year 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) on service members' welfare. He stated that "The FY25 #NDAA is laser-focused on improving the lives of service members and their families."

The following day, December 10, 2024, Strong expressed gratitude to the United States Space Force for visiting his office to commemorate its fifth anniversary. He highlighted American leadership in space as essential for national security and mentioned his role as a cosponsor of a House Resolution honoring this milestone: "Thank you to @SpaceForceDoD for stopping by my office to celebrate the United States Space Force’s 5th Birthday! Later that day, he commented on border security issues under the current administration while expressing anticipation for future changes with President Trump: "In this administration, every state is a border state. In 41 days, that will change. I can’t wait to work with President Trump to make America safe again."
