Sadie Thompson, former Lawrence County High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Alabama Huntsville Chargers Coach Les Stuedeman (2024) | Alabama Huntsville Chargers

Former Lawrence County High School player and current Alabama Huntsville Chargers utility player, Sadie Thompson, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded Tampa Spartans.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
