Singing River Trail Launch Tank Competition Awards Cash Prizes to Eight Finalists

Launch 2035, created to promote regional cooperation in North Alabama, hosted the second annual Singing River Trail Launch Tank Competition at Athens State University on March 20. The program received 45 applications representing businesses from across eight North Alabama counties. Eight finalists pitched their idea to either start or grow their business to the judges and received $20,000 total in cash. The winner, Rocket City Electric Bike Rentals, will also receive resources from business support agencies across the state.
