The  Decatur High School JROTC Color Guard took 1st place at the American Legion Post 15 Drill Competition this past Saturday!  The team did a really good job and included McKinsy Byrd, Darrien Harris, Yamilet Ortiz, and Jackson Sherrill. Jackson led the team, and it was the first time that he had commanded a team during competition.

The JROTC program is an excellent asset to DHS and represents our school well. The cadets are well prepared and drilled. Congratulations again to our JROTC Color Guard . . . Go Red Raiders!
