Design improvements coming to District 5 intersection
City Council recently approved an agreement between the City of Huntsville and Garver for engineering design services for Balch and Capshaw intersection improvements. We are just getting started on the process, so please be patient. While we have a ways to go before completion, we’re happy to report that upgrades are on the way!
