Dale W. Strong, U.S. Congressman representing Alabama’s 5th district since 2023, has recently used his social media platform to address military anniversaries, honor veterans in North Alabama, and comment on recent legislative developments regarding government funding.
On November 10, 2025, Strong marked a significant military milestone by posting: “Happy 250th anniversary to @USMC! Thank you for your selfless sacrifices and faithful service to America.”
The following day, November 11, he recognized the contributions of veterans in his district and across the nation. Strong has served in Congress since replacing Mo Brooks in 2023. Before his current role in Washington D.C., he was a member of both the Alabama House of Representatives and the Madison County Commission. Born in Monrovia in 1970 and currently residing in Huntsville at age 52, Strong holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Athens State University.
