On September 18, Strong marked the anniversary of the U.S. Air Force with a congratulatory message: “Happy 78th Birthday to @usairforce! From the historic legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen to the cutting-edge missions at our bases today, Alabama is proud to be a crucial part of your history. #FlyFightWin #AirForceBirthday https://t.co/rkVsPvwZHw”.

Strong has represented Alabama’s 5th District in Congress since replacing Mo Brooks in 2023. Before his current role, he served in the Alabama House of Representatives and on the Madison County Commission. Born in Monrovia, Alabama in 1970, Strong currently resides in Huntsville and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Athens State University.
